This isn’t a “homeless” shot. It’s not a homeless person as many may think. This is a conceptual image I created to express a relationship. The light and dark are metaphorical nods to love, shining bright in the darkness. The clasped hands… representing each side of the relationship, our bodies… and how holding strong, entwining those roots will get “us” through the dark times. The dirt… the scars of those dark times. A reminder that our love was strong enough…“Lover”, well, we were all born to love… to love each other. We fiercely guard our independence, and that is important, but our love for each other is sustaining. Lover. The do anything, go anywhere to be with her/him kind of love. This image is our love.
